In 1997, driven by a passion for growth and a profound understanding of the manufacturing industry, Brad DeMarco founded Dynamic Design Solutions—a provider of robust automated solutions for the discrete manufacturing industry. Drawing upon his two decades of experience, Brad identified a critical gap in the market—the lack of comprehensive real-time data collection and overall equipment efficiency (OEE) platforms within manufacturing sites.
This insight led to the creation of Automation Intellect in 2016. Building on the success of Dynamic Design Solutions, Brad partnered with Kurt Lueck, an experienced technologist and operations strategist, to co-found the company. As CTO, Kurt led the development of Automation Intellect’s advanced Industrial IoT (IIoT) platform—designed to deliver real-time, actionable insights at the machine level. Together, they assembled a team of manufacturing experts united by a mission: to reduce costs, increase OEE, and drive continuous improvement through better data.
