Automation Intellect’s rapid, low-disruption implementation takes just days. All we need from your team is PLC / HMI programs.  We handle the rest, including the following services:
  • Connecting edge device to our secure, STAR certified cloud environment
  • Producing tag and configuration files from your programs
  • Properly mapping your PLC into Automation Intellect
  • Post-installation testing
  • Implementation can be done 100% remotely if necessary

Training

Included in the price of implementation is full training of your staff on the Automation Intellect platform.
  • Training conducted by our Customer Success Team of Lean Six Sigma experts
  • Includes machine performance initial results analysis
  • Training on how to use insights from Automation Intellect to improve OEE, reduce downtime, increase efficiencies and identify untapped capacity
