Starting with a Daily Overview, managers can see a daily run chart which shows production runs, how many parts are being produced and areas of downtime. The upgraded feature allows users to look for deeper patterns and study data at a more granular level.
The Fault Analysis tab shows a Pareto Chart of machines and lines that are causing the most amount of downtime so managers can easily see the location and frequency of issues in order to prioritize resolution efforts.
Users can dig deeper into issues in the Downtime Analysis tab. Knowing when, where and why downtime occurs is essential in knowing how to prevent it.
